This was my second time using Rick's and again it was amazing service and absolutely astonishing customer service! Ian, Sierra, Ted and his partner (not sure if it was Ryland or Brenden - either way, amazing) were all very helpful. Ian came out to give me an estimate for replacing a hot water heater and getting the ventilation up to code, and was very considerate with pricing, gallons needed and whatnot. Both Ted and his friend were in and out, they were exceptionally professional and efficient in time. They arrived at about 1230pmish and were gone by almost 530pm. Sierra was very helpful and efficent with payment. Thank you so much for another wonderful service!
