This was my second time using Rick's and again it was amazing service and absolutely astonishing customer service! Ian, Sierra, Ted and his partner were all very helpful. Ian came out to give me an estimate for replacing a hot water heater and getting the ventilation up to code, and was very considerate with pricing. Both Ted and his friend were in and out, they were exceptionally professional and efficient in time. Thank you so much for another wonderful service!
