Have a new AC system or a completely newly built house that you need an AC installed in? If so, you are in the right place! With over 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, we can get your new system installed properly and efficiently.
We can install a new AC to an existing system or set up a completely new system including ducting (central air). If you’re not sure what you need you can give us a call or schedule a service call so that we can come out, take a look, and give you the information you need.
Some things to take into consideration when installing a new AC are, is it for a business or home, how many cubic feet is the new system responsible for cooling, and will you need zones set up? Zones are different areas in your building that can be cooled independently so that you can cool areas that get hotter without cooling everywhere else.
What an installation requires depends on what type of installation it is. It can either be a new install or an AC replacement. A completely new AC install like in a new home will require more to get installed because there is equipment required that doesn’t already exist. For example, a base or platform for an outdoor unit, evaporator coils for an indoor unit, refrigerant lines, electrical connection, ductwork and condensate drain.
To install an AC system where there was already one set up is a little different. We don’t need to set up all the completely new pieces of equipment but we do need to inspect and review what is there to make sure it is sufficient for the new system. We would complete an assessment of the area where the new unit will be to make sure that it is safe, look at the old unit and its location to make sure that we can remove it, and inspect the existing ductwork to make sure it will all work with the new system and if it needs any modifications.
We can install any type of system that you need us to. The layout and style of your home would make a difference as to what the best type of system to install would be. There are different types of systems based on your building. Central air conditioning is the most common and is used in homes that already have existing ductwork. Something that is growing in popularity is “Ductless Mini-Split” systems, these do not require ductwork and can be used for zoned cooling or additions on homes that don’t already have ducting. Most people don’t know which of these they need which is why you should call us out to let you know the best system for your home or business.

Tiffany Caccavale2024-08-02 This was my second time using Rick's and again it was amazing service and absolutely astonishing customer service! Ian, Sierra, Ted and his partner (not sure if it was Ryland or Brenden - either way, amazing) were all very helpful. Ian came out to give me an estimate for replacing a hot water heater and getting the ventilation up to code, and was very considerate with pricing, gallons needed and whatnot. Both Ted and his friend were in and out, they were exceptionally professional and efficient in time. They arrived at about 1230pmish and were gone by almost 530pm. Sierra was very helpful and efficent with payment. Thank you so much for another wonderful service! It’s important to work with an HVAC company that you can trust. There are a lot of guys out there who do it on the side or are a fly-by-night company that won’t be around next week. We are different and will be here today and years from now when you need our help.
As we said, we treat you like family and good family is trust-worthy! Along with that comes reliability, do what we say we will when we say we will do it. We are also a Verteran-owned company and there is nothing more trust-worthy and reliable than a veteran.
We couldn’t fake it if we tried. Our reviews on BBB, Facebook and Google are all raving and with over 500 and 4.7 star rating on Google it’s safe to say we have a great reputation!
We guarantee our work to ensure that you and your family have a reliable HVAC system that you can depend on and has a variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection at your thermostat.
We are licensed and insured in the state of Ohio giving you a piece of mind when you work with us. That means there is no need to worry, we are here to make sure that your systems are running well and doing their jobs efficiently.
We are not a fly-by-night business. We have been around for a long time and plan on being around for even longer so that you have an HVAC company that you can trust for years to come.
We approach you and your systems with a consultative mindset. We don’t come to a job planning on doing the bare minimum - we come planning to give you a comprehensive review and suggestions to make sure your systems are in top running shape and run for years to come.
Rick is a proud US veteran and believes that says a lot about your character and the way you do business. We are honest, keep our word, and do what needs to be done regardless of how long it takes.
This is a good question and can range from $2,500 to $8,000+ depending on the size of your home and the system that you need. For a business this can be much more as commercial units are bigger and cover more space, if you have a commercial space give us a call for a quote.
An AC install can take anywhere from a day to one week. This all depends on if we are just replacing the unit in an existing system or if we have to install a completely new system with electric, drainage, ducts, and more.
