Is getting new flooring and found a soft spot in my subfloor. They pulled up the old flooring and the ac had leaked all over and caused an issue. Called Rick's and they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately it meant the whole AC coil and condenser had to be replaced. Rick's gave me a fantastic price and installed two days later. Justin, Jesse and Bryce came out and they were not only nice to me, but to my cats as well.
