Rick, the owner of Rick's Heating & Cooling has been in the HVAC business for 24 years and counting. Our company has been in business for over 12 years and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Our factory-trained and certified technicians are some of the best in the business which is how we can guarantee your satisfaction. We don't only do great work we respect, you, your family, and your home. Our team will not wear their shoes on your carpet and will make sure to clean up after themselves so that your home is always left in the same condition it was when we showed up. All of our employees are drug-free and will be mindful of the language that they use in your home including not swearing.
We also offer a 10-year parts & labor warranty – whereas most of our competitors only warranty the parts. We believe that a company should stand behind its work and that is exactly what we do.

Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated following the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals and that the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We promise a maintained temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home under normal operating conditions. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs, or replacements at no charge to you for 5 years.
This guarantee is meant to guarantee that the equipment we install is sized accurately for the home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where the homeowner does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.
